1st attempt to cook steak today. I marinated 3 pieces, with 5 tablespoons of salt. Damn salty. But still, although it looks decoloured and all, it tasted pretty yummy. A fusion of Chinese and Western. Momsie cooked crayfish and clams (: Went for some property investment talk after that. Was pretty interesting!
